What This Warranty Covers
This warranty is designed to protect against defects that arise from the manufacturing process or materials when the product is used properly and for its intended purpose.
Examples of potentially covered issues include:
-
Defects in materials or workmanship
-
Structural problems that occur during normal use
-
Failures involving covered mechanical components, such as wheels, brakes, frames, or similar parts
After reviewing a warranty request, ProTraverse may determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:
-
Repairing the product
-
Sending replacement component(s)
-
Replacing the affected product
-
Offering another reasonable warranty solution
The final remedy will be determined by ProTraverse based on the nature and circumstances of the issue.
Replacement Components
When an individual component is confirmed to have a qualifying manufacturing or material defect during the warranty period, ProTraverse may provide the necessary replacement component(s) at no additional charge.
Replacement components may be new or refurbished/previously used components, provided they offer comparable performance and reliability.
In some situations, replacing a specific component may fully resolve the issue. Where appropriate, ProTraverse may instead elect to repair or replace the complete product.
To assess a warranty request, we may ask customers to submit photographs, videos, order details, product information, or other supporting materials.
Exclusions
The limited warranty does not apply to problems resulting from circumstances outside normal product use, including:
-
Ordinary wear and deterioration from regular use
-
Accidents, drops, impacts, or other accidental damage
-
Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation
-
Incorrect installation, assembly, maintenance, or storage
-
Use beyond the product's stated weight capacity or operating limits
-
Unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or disassembly
-
Parts, accessories, or components that are not approved or supplied by ProTraverse
-
Failure to follow the product manual, safety instructions, warnings, or recommended care procedures
-
Scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic issues that do not interfere with normal operation
Warranty protection applies only when the reported problem is determined to be a qualifying defect and is not attributable to improper use, accidental damage, normal deterioration, or unauthorized changes.
